Please note: New York Cheesecake is not as concentrated as other Flavor Fountain Flavors. For best results, we suggest the following amounts:
3 ½ – 4 ounces of flavor per gallon of your ice cream mix, based on a 6 8% milk fat
2 4 tsp per 16 oz milkshake, smoothie, and nutritional drinks
3 4 tsp for use with single-serve flavoring systems
