All items that are in stock ship within 48 hours of the order being placed. We ship nationally as well as internationally. All orders shipped within the U.S. are shipped Fedex and orders shipping internationally are shipped by the U.S. Post Office.

Weather conditions during shipping may effect certain product consistency such as Chocolates, Candies, Frostings, Flavors, etc... These items are not returnable and will not be refunded.

For Curbside pickup and Instore pickup you must give us 2 hours to pick & process your order. If the order is placed within 2 hours of closing time it will be ready 30 minutes after opening the next business day. By checking out you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.

OUR WEBSITE DOES NOT CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS WHICH ARE ADDED TO TOTAL BEFORE YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED ($0.00).  When your order is received, we package the item(s) then the package(s) are weighed and entered into the UPS system. Shipping charges are added to your order total and charged to your credit card.
