Create the perfect thickness every time with R&M’s Dough and Pastry Guides. Great for cookies, fondant decorations, pastry dough, chocolate, gum paste and so much more! Set of 6 includes 2 each of ¼”, 3/16” and 1/16” thick ruler guides. Simply choose a matching set of rulers, lay your roller edges on top of the ruler guides, place the dough between the ruler guides and roll over the guides to flatten the dough. Ruler guides also display measurements in inches and centimeters to help roll out the perfect surface area of dough for any project. Made of high-quality food safe plastic. Hand wash with warm soapy water.
